Join us at the Toombs County Courthouse from 4:30–6:30 PM and visit the many local businesses, churches, organizations, school groups, and community partners who will have booths set up throughout the tailgate. Check out the booth list and map so you’ll know where to find everyone!

Lyons Main Street is excited to invite K–12 students to participate in the 2026 Pig Tales: This Little Piggy Wrote a Story Writing Competition - held in conjunction with The Real Squeal BBQ & Music Festival.
Contest Rules
● The PIG TALES Writing Competition is open to all students in grades
K-12 attending any public, private or home school in surrounding
Counties .
● Students are limited to one entry.
● Entries may be written for the purpose of this competition, or as part
of a school assignment.
● Entries must be written in English.
● Entries may be typed or handwritten, provided they are printed and
legible.
● Qualified entries shall be (a) either a short story, poem, or nonfiction
essay (one entry per person) (b) no longer than 750 words (c) written
