Congratulations to these students for being the first Toombs Central students to receive the Top Dawg Award for the 1st 8 weeks. Top Dawgs are students who show hard work, perseverance, and leadership in Reading. Congratulations to Micah Gonzalez (5th), Kinslee Myers (4th), Angel Tinoco (3rd), Maverick Myers (2nd), Conlee Denmark (1st), and Logan Delgado (K).

🍁👑 TOOMBS CENTRAL FALL FESTIVAL 2026! 👑🍁

We are excited to announce our grade-level winners for the annual Toombs Central Fall Festival King & Queen competition! Congratulations to all of our students!

Join us Thursday, November 5, from 5:00–8:00 PM for an evening of fall fun and school spirit!

Voting continues through 6:30 PM on the night of the festival. Our 2026 King and Queen will be announced in the lunchroom at 7:00 PM!

The King and Queen will each receive a crown, sash, social media recognition, and a Walmart gift card.

Thank you to our students, families, and community for supporting this special tradition. We look forward to a wonderful evening together!

Barrett has passed 30 iReady lessons with 90% or higher accuracy in Mrs. McBride's 4th grade ELA class. Way to go!

The competition is heating up! Homeroom representatives have been named, and the list for each grade level went home with students today!

🗳️ Week Three: October 19–23
At the end of this week, we will count the votes (money), and the boy and girl in each grade level with the most votes will advance to the next stage of the competition!

📣 Winners will be announced Friday, October 23, at 1:30 PM!
