Second grade students have been studying the life cycle of plants through pumpkins. During this study, students have also worked on identifying the parts of a pumpkin. Today, every student planted pumpkin seeds and will record the weekly progress in their observation journals over the next few weeks. Be on the lookout for updates! 🌱 ☀️ 🎃

2nd grade had a terrific time celebrating International Talk Like a Pirate Day! Students worked on multiple math skills, participated in a pirate scoot, and an interactive pirate read aloud.
