The Toombs Central Elementary Family Teacher Association is a nonprofit family teacher association  whose mission is to institute and sustain a close relationship between families, parents, teachers, and students by evolving opportunities within the home, school, and community.  It is our belief that the team effort of the family, teachers, students, and community provides the best possible learning environment for our children.
