Wendie Sikes

Wendie Sikes, Principal

Mrs. Sikes is a 2004 Toombs County High School graduate, and she is dedicated to continue making our school and our system successful. She went on to graduate from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics, a MAT in Secondary Science, an Ed. S in Teaching and Learning, and an Educational Leadership certificate from the University of West Georgia. Mrs. Sikes began her teaching career in 2008 where she taught science at the Toombs County High School. She taught there until she became the assistant principal at the Toombs County Middle School from 2022-2024.

  • Mrs. Rhodes is married to Scott Rhodes. They attend First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon and enjoy working with the children's ministry at FBC.

  • Mrs. Bellflower is married to Mitch Bellflower. They have two children, Brittany Burton and Blaine Bellflower and one grandchild, Calin Burton.

  • Mrs. Bellflower loves being with the students and staff at TCES.

  • Graduated from Georgia Southern University with an Education Specialist Degree in Teaching & Learning 2004

  • Taught multiple grades/subjects at the primary and elementary level in Toombs County for 25 years

  • Member of The Oaks Baptist Church

  • Married to Trey Davis and mother to Jake, Jackson, and Kensley Davis
